Conqubine Design Studio & Showroom is an Award Winning Project located within Parnell's industrial warehouse district.

The design concept centers around the unlikely marriage of luxury paired with industrial, setting the tone for the design studio's high-end aesthetic while paying homage to the history of the building and surrounding location; harnessing a sense of place.

The design maximizes the volume of the space, with flexibility being a key element in a space which simultaneously functions as a Design Studio, Fine Art Gallery, and Interior Accessories Boutique.

Approaching the design concept holistically from the onset, careful consideration was given to accommodating all the senses for an immersive user experience. Biophilic design principles are also used with good measure to lend balance and harmony to the space.
